Held Saturday 27th May to Sunday 4th June, Budleigh Salterton's Gala week looks to be jam-packed with lots of fun activities to keep the whole family entertained.
With events held every day, the week long gala is hosted by the Budleigh Salterton Lions Club.

- Swimtime - St Peters School Swimming Pool - Intensive Swimming and Fun Swims
- Victoriana at Fairlynch Museum - Memories of Queen Victoria's Reign, Open all week, except Monday
Saturday 27th May
- The Big Breakfast - Public Hall, 9am - 12 noon, In aid of Cancer Research UK
- Childrens' Procession - from Mackerel Square, 1.30pm
- Crowning of the Gala Queen and Princess - 2pm, Opening of the Fete and Gala Week
- Cream Teas- Public Hall 2pm - 4pm, In aid of Force. £2.50 each
- The Adventures of The Lost Dog - Public Hall, 6.30pm - 7pm, A story told through dance.
Sunday 28th May
- Songs of Praise - St Peter's C of E Church, 10.30am
- Dog Show and Have-A-Go Agility - On the Green, 11am onwards
- Childrens' Pavement Artist Competition - Public Hall, 2pm - 4pm
- Beach Fishing Competition - Budleigh Beach, 4.30pm - 8.30pm
- The Adventures of The Lost Dog - Public Hall, 6.30pm - 7pm, A story told through dance.
Monday 29th May
- One Day Art Show - Public Hall, 10am - 4pm
- Pebble Building Competition - Budleigh Beach, Marine Parade, 10am - 11.55pm
- Childrens Fancy Dress Parade and Competition - On the Green, 20pm
- Pudding Club - Public Hall, 7pm
Tuesday 30th May
- Swimtime - St Peters School, 9am onwards
- 'Budleigh in Bloom' Coffee Morning - Public Hall, 9.30am - 2pm
- Whatever the Weather! - Temple Methodist Church Hall and Lawn, 2.30pm - 4.30pm. Crafts, stalls and lots of family fun!
- Evening of Nostalgia - Public Hall, 6.30pm onwards. Hosted by the Budleigh Salterton & District Chamber of Commerce
Wednesday 31st May
- Swimtime - St Peters School, 9am onwards
- Childrens Cycle Competition - St Peters School, 10am
- Fantastic Fun! - Public Hall, 11am - 3pm. Play all day ith activities to suit all ages.
- Cash Bingo - Public Hall, Doors open 6pm, eyes down 7.30pm
Thursday 1st June
- Swimtime - St Peters School, 9am onwards
- Coffee Morning and Bazaar - Public Hall, 10.30am - 12.30pm
- Grease - Public Hall, Doors open 6pm with Film starting at 7pm
- The Big Interactive Family Quiz - Budleigh Salterton Football Club, Doors open 7.30pm, 8pm start
Friday 2nd June

- Summer Fair - Public Hall, 10am - 12 noon. In aid of The Little Valley Animal Shelter
- Salterton Hootenanny Hoedown Horror! - Public Hall, Doors open 6.45pm for 7.30pm start. A Murder Mystery Dinner with The Salterton Drama Club
- Budleigh Salterton Male Voice Choir - St Peters Church, 7.30pm. With Worcester Male Voice Choir as guests.

Sunday 4th June
- Family Fun Run - Starting at the Lime Kiln Car Park, 12 noon. In add off the Town Christmas Lights
- Cake Sale - Lime Kiln Car Park, 11.30pm - 30 minutes following end of Fun fun. In aid of Nepal's Children
- Fmily Treasure Hunt - Starting at the Public Hall, 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
- Quiz Night - The Dog and Donkey in Knowle Village, 8pm - 10pm
